My little artist in training

Whenever I ask Jack what he wants to do he says “activity”. To him I think that means some sort of art-related project.

He loves playdough – I made homemade pumpkin playdough in the fall – a fun sensory experience! He didn’t eat it but it sure did smell good and he loved rolling it out like cookie dough and cutting hearts out of it.IMG_8027

He also really enjoys painting.IMG_8253Brush or fingers? Hmm, I guess he likes to use both!

IMG_8886He got a really cool art desk for Christmas that is a lot of fun- especially drawing with the dry erase markers on the easel. (Kudos to Crayola for making washable dry erase markers!)

IMG_9363 He may actually enjoy erasing more than drawing, not sure on that one…

Even more than art, the boy loves music. Any kind of music. Always has IMG_2125 copy

(and hopefully always will!)

He does like to pick out his own clothes sometimes and we’re working with him on learning how to get dressed and undressed. I just noticed that he’s in his pajamas in nearly all of the pictures haha. Why get dressed when you don’t need to leave the house? 😉

Hi Ashley! I love these photos! It’s so good to be able to know what’s going on in this little guy’s life. You and Nate are wonderful parents and are doing such a great job with Jack. Can’t wait to see you all again. Love, “Aunt Cheryl”
